

You can use either a web browser or ftp client software to transfer your files.
FTP address: ftp.promotenow.co.uk
FTP site user name: artwork
FTP site password: artwork
Directory/folder: artwork
URL: ftp://promotenow.co.uk/artwork
You can FTP (transfer) your files using any web browser.
In the address section of the web browser, type in the URL: ftp://promotenow.co.uk/artwork
This will put you in the artwork directory; if you want to put your files in a subdirectory that exists within that directory, just click on the directory name.
Drag the file(s) from their location on your computer (Windows Explorer, File Manager, your desktop, etc.) into the browser window and drop them. You should get a message asking if you want to upload the files. Choose "yes."
Your files should now be uploaded to our FTP site.
Check to make sure your files transferred successfully:
To check your transfer, refresh the listing by clicking on the ‘reload’ button on Netscape’s top menu or the ‘refresh’ button on MS Internet Explorer’s top menu.
Also, check the file size against the size on your machine. If it’s very close, the file made it. If you experience difficulties transferring your files, please call us at 01442 413100 and we'll try to assist you.
WinFTP and CuteFTP are two of many FTP software programs available to transfer your files.
After launching the FTP software, you will need to setup a connection to our FTP site. Use the following information to setup your connection:
Label for site: Promote Now
FTP host address: promotenow.co.uk
FTP site user name: artwork
FTP site password: artwork
Login type: Anonymous
You will need to transfer your files to the "artwork" directory on our FTP site. Click on the "artwork" folder to open it. If you want to put your files in a subdirectory, just click on the directory name (if one exists).
You can also create a new directory (folder) under the "artwork" listing in which to place your files. Make sure your mouse is placed within the FTP side of the screen, right click on the mouse. A new menu of choices will pop up, choose the item "Make New Directory." A second box will pop up allowing you to name this new directory (folder). After typing in the name click the "OK" button. You should see your newly created directory (folder) within the FTP portion of the screen.
Drag 'n' drop files from one window to another to transfer files.

Your files should now be uploaded to our FTP site and will appear in the directory (folder) where they were placed.
